Little Thakeham is a stunning venue

Today I popped along to visit a new wedding venue, the stunning Little Thakeham Weddings. They had their open day so took the opportunity to visit the venue and meet with the local suppliers.
It was really nice to meet the the lovely suppliers I already knew; Will from Love Heart Photography, Claire from Creating Ceremony and Bruce from Butcherland Lamb Roasts, it was nice to see them again.
It was lovely to finally meet Sara from To Have and To Hire
The outside space was transformed by the bell tent by Beautiful Bells and an amazing marquee which gave panoramic views of the sounds by Inside Outside Marquees. On a very shower day it was a well needed retreat from the showers but an ideal place to take in the views.
I met Nell from Nell’s Flowers who works closely with The Sussex Flower Farm to provide beautiful, seasonal and hand-grown flowers from West Sussex. If you have a sentimental piece of jewlery you would like transformed into a stunning piece for you to wear on your wedding day you need to check out Cherished┬átheir products are amazing.
I met the wonderful harpist Heather Wrighton and the make-up artist Alicia Sandeman Makeup Artists and Academy
Sadly I missed Pudding Fairy I do not know how this happened, I would have loved to have met you after we have spoken online. Hopefully I will be able to meet you soon.
This venue was stunning, set in a private house it really has a homely feel but does not make you feel like you are imposing. Its a beautiful building with such amazing grounds, and the views are ones which you could gaze at for hour admiring the rolling green pastures. Inside the venue there are high ceilings, roaring fireplaces, period features, balconies, it really is a venue you need to visit if you are planning a wedding.
Venues like this makes me so grateful of the job I do and the location I live in.
